Our services involve personalized strategy, planning, and deliverables. As such, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the following terms:
a. Initial Deposits
All deposits or upfront payments made to begin a project are non-refundable. These secure your place in our schedule and cover initial research and planning time.
b. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:
- No refund will be issued for completed phases or deliverables.
- A partial refund may be offered for incomplete portions, based on time spent and work delivered.
c. Project Cancellations by Langenera
If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances:
- A partial or full refund will be issued depending on project progress.
- Any completed work will be transferred to you, along with optional support for transition.
d. Scope Dissatisfaction
We aim for full satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions aligned with the original scope of work. Refunds will not be issued once agreed-upon deliverables are provided and approved.
2. Digital Deliverables
If your project includes any digital files (e.g., strategy documents, language guides, templates), these are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

If you have concerns regarding our services, please contact us directly at Support@langenera.com. We value open communication and will do our best to resolve any issues fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed using documented proof of project work.
