5. Intellectual Property

- Langenera retains the rights to any frameworks, templates, or proprietary systems developed or used in the project
- Final deliverables are licensed or transferred upon full payment and in accordance with your service agreement
6. Revisions & Scope Adjustments
- Each engagement includes a defined scope and number of revisions
- Requests outside the original scope may require a new agreement or incur additional fees
- Reasonable change requests must be communicated in writing
7. Limitation of Liability
Langenera is not liable for:
- Business outcomes beyond our control (e.g., external performance, third-party implementation)
- Delays caused by client inaction or force majeure events
- Indirect or incidental losses, including profit loss or brand impact
All services are provided “as is,” without any guarantee or warranty beyond the agreed deliverables.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Agreed terms are violated
- Payments are not fulfilled
- Communication becomes unprofessional or uncooperative
In such cases, any completed work will be delivered, but no refund will be provided for work already performed.
